My camera is back in commission. Now I can really show you how much progress we've made on the house! What an exciting week and such exciting progress. As you can see all of the siding has been completed and since the photo all of the gutters have been installed and the front drive concrete poured. The first "phase" of the cabinetry has been installed and the remaining and final phases to follow this week along with the installation of the counter tops. I will say the cabinets and counter tops are what I'm most excited about seeing. My cooking has been on "strike" for the past several weeks or maybe it has been months now. I really love to cook; I think this is directly related to my love for eating and I can't wait to both in a new kitchen. I'm not a chef by any means and will have to think of something new to blame other than the previous scape goat - the oven!!

Wow it's really coming together. The kitchen looks so different with the cabinets in it. I can't wait to see the finished product.
